1. Work experience

according to the survey data from Huaqing vision, at present, the proportion of engineers who have been engaged in embedded development for "less than one year" and "years" is the largest, accounting for 37% and 22% respectively, accounting for the vast majority of the total number of participants in the survey (nearly 60%), while there are relatively few embedded engineers with many years of development experience. As a hot field in the software industry, the embedded industry is attracting more and more engineers to join the industry. The demand for enterprise talents is far from saturated, especially the embedded engineers with many years of experience. 2. Education requirements

the survey data shows that most embedded development practitioners have bachelor's degree (53%) and master's degree (30%), accounting for 83% of all participants in the survey, which is a considerable proportion. Junior college education accounts for 12%, while those below junior college education, doctor's degree and doctor's degree account for only 2% respectively. Embedded development currently belongs to the high-end R & D field, which requires a high degree. 1. Industry distribution

embedded application fields are extremely extensive. According to the survey data, the three most widely used fields of embedded products are "consumer electronics, communication equipment and industrial control", accounting for 24%, 21% and 13% respectively. The sum of the three fields is close to 60%. Especially in the consumer electronics field, with the advent of the 3G era, the development prospect of intelligent software development is more promising

2. According to the survey data of company size

the proportion of enterprises with less than 100 people (including "less than 50 people" and "people") is more than half. Generally speaking, the domestic embedded enterprises are small in scale and limited in capital, but the number is huge. There is a certain gap between the overall technical level and the international technical level. 1. Recognition of the industry prospect.
